12th Zoom Haiku Seminar with Prof. Aoki

The 12th Zoom Haiku Seminar with Prof. Makoto Aoki from Ehime University will take place on Sun. 15.10.2023 instead of. You are invited warmly.
Time: Sun. 15.10.2023 um 14 pm German time
Theme: "Fueki Ryûkô” (one of Bashô's haiku theories)
Fueki: Things that remain unchanged.
Ryûkô: Things that are constantly changing.
There are different interpretations, eg: While we don't forget the essential things that will never change, we must also include new and changing things.
Languages: in Japanese and German.
The seminar series is open to everyone and free of charge.

-professor dr Makoto Aoki (*1974) from Ehime University is a specialist in modern haiku in Japan. He has published numerous books and publications and has received many awards for them. He is also known through various media such as TV, radio and internet.
Moritz Wulf Lange published an article about this seminar series in “Sommergras” No. 139 (p. 38 ff) entitled “Backgrounds of the Haiku”.
