Text, shape, imagination
Haiku write in Michael Lerche's studio
Michael Lark:
through the initiative and persistence of Ellen Althaus, I would like to invite you to an interdisciplinary exchange of the arts in my studio. Through my exhibition activities, I always notice how different visitors interpret my works and what they feel and think. I would also like to have this exchange as part of our workshop and look forward to creative ideas. ....
And so the project “Text, Form, Fantasy” started on October 12.10.2019, 16 in the studio in “Department XNUMX” in Heidelberg.
The studio offered enough space and thus exactly the right physical and creative space for different approaches. 5 haiku poets explored the mutual interactions of the two art forms for themselves and then presented their haiku to the corresponding works by Michael Lerche in a mutual exchange.
Finally, there was a lively exchange with young students on Sunday.
Michaela Vogel described the interplay between the work of art and the different haiku as follows and summed it up wonderfully:
Every haiku is like a door in a house, it always opens a new door.
